Over the last three years Scaled Management Systems have assisted and guided us to redevelop our QMS which now is an invaluable tool for the day-to-day operations of the Company. Through their broad range of skills and in-depth knowledge of industry specific requirements we have now been provided with the added value of integrating OHSW standards with our QMS.

The training and coaching of employees at all levels within the business efficiently and effectively communicated the system goals and requirements.

Attainment of our ISO9001 certification was achieved within the required timeframe of 12 months through effective project management, perseverance and clear communication of objectives.

I am aware that multiple functions are managed by Scaled Management Systems and despite significant time pressures, they always respond to any requests I have made. I wish I could clone them.

Your knowledge within this area was so critical for us to hit a number of milestones throughout the year, to ensure we were keeping all WHS on our sites within the standards and/or above the standards where possible for the safety of our people.

During the last 2 years WDS has achieved ISO9001 certification without any non-conformances or observations for improvement. This is quite an achievement especially as our last external audit was the triennial recertification. The resulting audit report was very complimentary to our QMS and these reports provide us with good references for winning additional work.

The service delivery has had a large impact on the site’s culture and personnel have become genuinely focused on environmental issues.

Scaled Management Systems training and presentation skills were a bonus in communicating the requirements across all level of the organisation in simple and direct language. This approach created the gradual behavioural and cultural change required and gained commitment.

Their knowledge and experience is vast and they achieve amazing return to work outcomes in very short timeframes. This delivers not only financial but cultural benefits as RTW is seen as the norm with claim costs and premiums impacted positively.

Scaled Management Systems provided a balanced approach to implementing the system, ensuring that initiatives are aligned with cost reductions and the greater business strategy.

We had a number of audits along the way from our existing stakeholders and they found no faults just minor improvements. Again this is due to your expertise which also included on- site audits along the way.

The certification was achieved ‘first time’ through the integration of HACCP, ISO9001 & 14001 management systems which was designed to be ‘Best Practice’ rather than adopting a minimalist approach.

Within the environmental field the broad experience of Scaled Management Systems facilitated the application of knowledge practically and passionately within our business.

Scaled Management Systems have helped us to improve our ‘bottom line’ through improved efficiencies. They are extremely dedicated as well as enthusiastic and driven to help others. They also work well beyond the ‘call of duty’ to provide results on time and on budget while delivering a high quality product.
